1. Service Description

Ovyra is a mobile application that helps users track their menstrual cycles, log health data, and gain personalized insights. The app is developed and operated by equalhub.

2. User Obligations

• You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You will not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.

3. Premium Subscription

• Monthly plan: ₺99.99/month
• Annual plan: ₺799.99/year
• Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and renew automatically.
• Cancellation: Must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via App Store settings.
• Access to Premium features continues until the end of the current period after cancellation.
• No partial refunds.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
