This policy explains how we process personal data when you use the Ovyra mobile app. It is aligned with GDPR and Turkish KVKK requirements.

1. Data We Collect

Account & profile: Display name or nickname, goals, last period date, cycle and period length, and related cycle tracking inputs. Onboarding and settings.

Health-related & daily logs: Daily entries such as mood, pain, flow, symptoms, water/sleep/exercise, notes, medication reminders. Such data may be considered sensitive under applicable law and is processed only to provide the service.

Device & technical data: App version, OS, language, and limited technical/diagnostic data.

Optional cloud features: Community, AI coach, and partner linking may process content on our infrastructure. Encrypted cloud backup (Premium): Backup payloads are encrypted on your device with a passphrase you choose; we only store ciphertext on the server.

2. Storage

On device: Much of your data stays on the phone using secure storage. Cloud: Some features require servers. Retention: Until you delete data or your account, or as required by law.

3. Sharing & "We Don't Sell Your Data"

We do not sell your cycle or health-related data and we do not share it with ad networks. Data may be processed only to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & KVKK)

EEA/UK (GDPR): Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Türkiye (KVKK): Rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, correction, deletion, objection, and apply to the KVKK Board.

5. Security

We aim to use encryption in transit and at rest. No method is 100% secure; use device passcodes and in-app lock where available.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via an updated date.
